Reviews and Ratings
My stay was quite a mixed bag. On one hand, the location was convenient for our trip, and the beds were surprisingly comfortable. However, the overall cleanliness of the rooms left much to be desired, and the service at breakfast was quite unpleasant, which really spoiled the morning vibe. The hotel seemed to be in a state of needed renovations, and that negatively impacted our overall experience.
I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. While the friendly staff did their best to accommodate us, the overall condition of the hotel was quite poor due to ongoing construction and maintenance issues. The lack of hot water and cleanliness in the rooms made my stay frustrating. However, the complimentary breakfast was satisfying and a highlight during my visit.
The Holiday Inn in Allegheny County has its pros and cons. While it offers a safe environment and decent amenities like a pool, the area around it is lackluster with limited dining options. The rooms are adequate but show signs of needing updates. Additionally, the experience was marred by issues such as a strange smell and outdated facilities.
My experience at this hotel was really disappointing. The upkeep was extremely poor with dirty rooms and broken amenities, making it hard to feel comfortable. The location offered easy access to local attractions, but it wasn't enough to redeem the overall experience. Based on my stay, I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone; it felt like it needed major renovations.
My recent stay at the hotel was a mixed bag. On the bright side, I found the rooms clean and well-kept, providing a good night's sleep. However, the overall experience was dampened by ongoing renovations that made navigating the hotel a challenge. The breakfast offerings were decent, but the parking situation was a bit tricky with some snow not cleared away. I'd consider returning if the renovations are completed and the parking lot is maintained better.
